Service & Inspection

We offer a range of service, inspection and electrical testing options for your venue, theatre or performance space.

PAT Testing

We can PAT test at your venue, or you can bring your equipment to us.

Each item is visually inspected for any damage prior to testing.

For lower item quantities, we charge per-item; for larger quantities we charge a per-day rate.

Venue Servicing

We can service your venue systems, ensuring that broken equipment is brought back into use, and making the most of your systems.

We bring along a selection of spare parts to get your system back up and running quickly.

Venue Electrical Testing

Bespoke electrical testing of your specialist electrcial equipment, including dimmers, PA & AV systems.

We usually provide a written summary report for your records, or we can provide an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) if required.

We’ll always send a lead engineer plus a technician to undertake any servicing or electrical testing. We’ll supply you with any Portable Appliance records soon after the testing, and if we’ve inspected the venue, we’ll also send over a brief report from the lead engineer. This will include information on the installations performance, as well as any concerns and equipment issues noted during the inspection, or options for improvement.
