Nationwide delivery from our online store
We deliver across the UK, including the Scottish Highlands, or you can collect in person from our Gateshead store:
Zone 1: UK Mainland
England, Wales, Lower Scotland DG, EH, G, KY, TD
Zone 2: Scottish Highlands
AB, DD, FK, IV, KW, PH, HS, ZE
Delivery rates are calculated during checkout, starting from £4.00 for smaller items, which is shown under the Add to Basket button.
Delivery charges are not added together; you only pay for the highest charge in your basket. For example, if you buy an item with a £4.00 charge, plus another with a £5.00 charge, you’ll only pay £5.00; we won’t add your delivery costs up.
Bulky or heavy items may incur higher delivery charges, due to length, size or weight.
Some items may incur an additional charge, for example a specialist delivery vehicle is needed; in these cases we’ll let you know after you’ve placed an order.

Stock Availabilty
Most items are delivered between 2-5 days from order, either from ourselves or sometimes directly from the manufacturer or UK distributor.
We check stock levels with our suppliers regularly, but if an item isn’t available we’ll give you the option of waiting for it (backorder) or refunding the cost.

Collect From Us
Collect from our Sales Counter during our opening hours. We’ll let you know when your order is ready to collect.
Other Delivery Locations
Orders to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man & Northern Ireland (IM, JE, GY, BT) are welcome, however at this time cannot be processed through our web store. Please contact us with your order and delivery address.
Order Tracking
We will provide you with order tracking for items sent by courier. If any items from your order are unavailable we will notify you as soon as possible to let you know and discuss options which may include part shipping stocked items with the remainder to follow or shipping direct from our supplier or manufacturer.
Returns & Warranties
We offer a 30 day returns policy on all items. If you wish to return something within 30 days of delivery, please let us know. Many of our items also include warranties of between 1-2 years.
Please note that some items may be subject to a restocking charge of at least 15%.
