We supply live event equipment from the leading manufacturers, backed up with a leading returns policy and waaranties supplied as standard with much of our range.
Returns & Refund Policy
We offer a 30 day returns policy on all items.
If you wish to return something within 30 days of delivery, please let us know.
Please note that some items may be subject to a restocking charge of at least 30%. Items are returned at the buyers expense, or we can arrange collection.
All orders are accepted subject to our terms and conditions of sale.Refunds usually take around 5 days from receipt of goods at our warehouse.
Warranty Info
Many of our items also include warranties of between 1-2 years.
You’ll find warranty information on our product pages or within your order on arrival. Please ensure you register for any warranties.
We’ll make a note of your warranty items here as well, in the highly unlikely event of any issue with a product.
