We deliver across England, Wales, Scotland and the Highlands. We ship orders either from our Gateshead warehouse, or direct from our suppliers to your door.
Delivery charges are shown for each item. If you add multiple items to your basket, you’ll only pay a single charge (we won’t add them up).
We can deliver to the Channel Islands & internationally; please contact us for a quote.
Stock Availabilty
Most items are delivered between 2-5 days from order, either from ourselves or directly from the manufacturer or UK distributor:
Number shown as Available: This number is available either from our warehouse, or from our distributors.
General Available message: This item is either available from our distributor, or we have a large amount in our warehouse.
Available to Backorder: If an item is on backorder, where possible we’ll show an estimated availability date. You can still order now and we’ll updated you when the item is dispatched.
Out of Stock: We don’t have a current re-stock date for this item and cannot offer a backorder on it.
We check stock levels with our suppliers regularly, as we don’t have the space to hold everything in-house. If an item isn’t available, we’ll give you the option of waiting for it (backorder) or refunding the order. We’ll try to show any expected delays or lead time on the item page.

Heavy, Bulky or Oversized Items
Some items, such as staging, may incur an additional delivery charge due to size, weight or quantity. We’ll warn you if the item may incur a charge and contact you after you’ve placed an order to confirm any additional charges.

Order Tracking
We provide tracking information for most orders. If anything is unavailable we will notify you as soon as possible and discuss options, which may include part shipping, with the remainder to follow, or shipping direct from the manufacturer.
Collect From Us
Collect from our Sales Counter during our opening hours. We’ll let you know when your order is ready to collect.
