The RCF SUB 9029-AS is a high-performance dual 19″ active subwoofer delivering up to 142 dB Max SPL, powered by a robust 8000W Class-D amplifier. Designed for rigorous touring, the SUB 9029-AS features a tour-ready, weatherproof cabinet with a durable Polyurea finish and a detachable front cart for easy transport. Control is precise with RDNet network management, offering adjustable EQ, delay, cardioid options, and tailored crossover presets for RCF speakers. Innovative contactless configuration via RDTap allows seamless setup even when the unit is unpowered, ensuring perfect integration every time. Despite its small footprint and lightweight cabinet, the SUB 9029-AS produces powerful yet articulate bass, remaining true to even the most subtle low-frequency variations.

The system is equipped with female XLR connectors for balanced audio signals. These inputs are designed to accept professional-grade audio sources, ensuring full compatibility with standard audio equipment. The male XLR output connector provides a loop-through feature, enabling daisy-chaining of additional speakers. The connector is wired in parallel with the input and can also be used to send the audio signal to supplementary devices like other powered speakers or amplifiers.

We supply the RCF SUB 9029-AS with a wheeled cart for easy movement, plus a 16a T-Line power adapter. They can be used with our RCF HDL-6A Line Array Speaker Modules or RCF HDL 20A Line Array Modules.

RDTap

RCF has created a groundbreaking solution for offline/unpowered device configuration. With RDTap, users can inspect and configure devices without needing to power  the device. Sound engineers can design a system within the RDTap App on the move and configure each subwoofer by tapping the RDTap logo, with RCF contactless technology. As an alternative, RDNet management software enables comprehensive real-time control and monitoring of compatible, network-connected devices.

The stereo input circuit features a low distortion design with an advanced safety limiter, maintaining the true character of the input signal at all levels. RCF amplifiers are designed according to EN62368-1 for maximum safety and present a Switch-Mode Power Supply section that combines high efficiency with minimum weight.
