Shop Order Delivery & Returns Information

Delivery Options

Local orders may be delivered by us, however most smaller sized orders will be delivered by courier. Standard delivery is between 2 – 4 working days; all orders are subject to availability and delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Some items may incur a longer delivery time, if you require something urgently please contact us to see how we can help.

Larger items are delivered via our pallet network partners. Some items may be delivered direct from our suppliers, who will use their own couriers services. 

If any items are delayed we will let you know. 

Delivery Rates

Due to the vast size and scope of the items we sell, it is difficult to provide a one-size carriage charge. Therefore, we will let you know the delivery charge during ordering. Most items incur a delivery charge of at least £10.00, whilst larger items requiring pallet carriage will be significantly more.  

Order Tracking

We will provide you with order tracking for items sent by courier.

If any items from your order are unavailable we will notify you as soon as possible to let you know and discuss options which may include part shipping stocked items with the remainder to follow or shipping direct from our supplier or manufacturer.

Collect in person

You are welcome to collect your order from our Gateshead Sales Counter; please wait until you recieve an email stating your order is ready before trying to collect.

Returns

If you wish to return something within 14 days of delivery, please let us know. Many of our items also include warranties of between 1-2 years.
