Presentation at St. James’ Park

The hugely successful Innovation Supernetwork needed a small, colour branded presentation space created in the Heroes Suite at Newcastle United Football Club’s ground – the famous St James’ Park. Our brief was to create a small, neat raised stage and fabric background set to contain a bright, clear widescreen rear projection to be controlled from the presentation lectern. Our challenge was to transport and then install everything in a short time frame in the Suite, which was several stories above street level. The audio was provided by the in-house team at the football ground.

Our 3-man team arrived at 7am and the equipment was complete and ready for our client by 8am. The purple colour was then adjusted, the rear projection refined and our team’s work was complete by 8.20am for a 9am start.
