Shop Order Delivery & Returns Information

We offer two delivery bands, or you can collect in person:

UK Mainland – England, Wales, Lower Scotland DG, EH, G, KY, TD
Scottish Highlands – AB, DD, FK, IV, KW, PH, HS, ZE

Delivery rates are calculated during checkout, starting from £4.00 for smaller items. We calculate your delivery charge by taking the highest delivery charge within all items in your basket. For example, if you have two items in your basket, one with a £5.00 charge and the other with a £10.00 charge, you’ll only pay £10.00; we won’t add your delivery costs up. Bulky or heavy items which may incur additional delivery charges over and above those displayed; we’ll advise you if this is the case after you’ve placed an order.

Orders to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man & Northern Ireland (IM, JE, GY, BT) are welcome, however at this time cannot be processed through our web store. Please contact us with your order and delivery address.

Delivery Options

Most smaller orders will be delivered by Royal Mail or courier. Standard delivery is between 2 – 5 working days; all orders are subject to availability and delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Some items may incur a longer delivery time, if you require something urgently please contact us to see how we can help. If any items are delayed we will let you know.

Some items are delivered via our pallet network partners, or delivered direct from our suppliers, who will use their own courier services.

Order Tracking

We will provide you with order tracking for items sent by courier. If any items from your order are unavailable we will notify you as soon as possible to let you know and discuss options which may include part shipping stocked items with the remainder to follow or shipping direct from our supplier or manufacturer.
